Our mission is to create long-term social impact through awareness programs, fundraising campaigns, corporate activations, community engagement initiatives, and support activities that empower families and improve their quality of life.


Role Overview: We are looking for energetic, confident, and responsible candidates who can professionally manage on-ground events, fundraising campaigns, awareness drives, and corporate activations.The candidate will represent the organization during events and help execute campaigns smoothly with teams, corporate partners, and public engagement activities.


Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage fundraising events and awareness campaigns
Handle on-ground event operations and promotional activities
Communicate with corporate Team's, vendors, and event partners
Lead awareness and public engagement activities
Support donor interaction and campaign execution
Manage team coordination and daily reporting
Ensure smooth event setup and operations
Represent the organization professionally during activities and events
Support CSR and community outreach initiatives

Strong organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving mindset Responsible and punctual attitude
Ability to work in field activities and public interaction

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Candidates from NGO, sales, marketing, event management, CSR, or fundraising background preferred
Must be comfortable with field work and event activities
Passionate candidates interested in social impact sector preferred
